When I search a list of leads using the search box results are inconsistent. I have a list called PPC. If I enter ‘p’ in the search box it brings up contact in PPC. However, if I type in ‘ppc’ in search it says nothing found. What’s up? ---

Have you tried to search for “list:ppc” (without the quotes)? For more advanced search options there is help box when you press the question mark icon next to the search box. ---
