# Leadfield in \<a href="{leadfield}"\>\</a\>

Hi there,  
  
  
  
I’m trying to make a link have a leadfield value in it. For example, [Link](http://mysite.com/index.php?name=%7Bleadfield=name%7D)  
  
Problem with that is, when the E-Mail is sent and the link is clicked it goes through the mautic (the click tracking) and ends up going to “[http://mysite.com/index.php?name=](http://mysite.com/index.php?name=)” without the lead field.  
  
  
  
I’ve Googled this and only found that using {leadfield=name|true} is supposed to work, but that doesn’t work for me…
