Hi

I had implemented this on Mautic and was working perfectly, but after upgrading Mautic to 2.5.1, app/bundles/LeadBundle/Model/LeadModel.php page has a different structure and I am not sure how to enable multiple leads from same IP. Since Mautic upgrade, leads coming from the same IP are getting overwritten

Any suggestions on how to add leads separately even if it comes from the same IP?

Thanks & Regards

@MxyzptlkFishStix

Thanks for your quick response. In fact, I am using the tracking pixel configuration to add leads to Mautic from wordpress websites. So there is no forms involved (being a beginner, I am not sure if you are referring to forms used on landing pages, or so).

[quote=19007:@MxyzptlkFishStix]You have to read the documentation. You’re selling yourself short if you don’t.

Perfect… thanks a lot for the information. But can we have multiple leads getting updated form the same IP using the tracking pixel method?

Doesn’t Mautic use FingerprintJS that does not rely only (if at all) on the client’s IP address, but on many many other things?

Also, yes, turning kiosk mode on a form ignores the submitter’s IP address.

Best,
D.
