I pasted a list of IP addresses. After saving changes you can not see them. Is the way it should be?

Could you try just one and see what happens? There is a max number we allow in there, and I don’t know how big your list was.

It was only 10 addresses. Only 1 pasted and also address was not saved though the message says: “Configuration successfully updated”.
Maybe something logs explanation?
And for this I have problems with SMTP configuration

Hmm. it looks like the mysql engine is crashing when the save is attempted. The mysql server is timing out when the save action is attempted.

the application does not return any error, not save anywhere this configuration, the logs do not record anywhere operations. I am not able to track whether these addresses are actually saved, or is it a mistake.

Hi Slawek
This issue is going to be particularly tough to nail down because of what is happening.
1. It definitely looks like the changes are not saving properly. The changes are saved in the configuration file (at app/config/local.php). But it looks like an SQL query is still executing.
2. because the mysql server is crashing the change isn’t taking place. Also, because of the crash its likely there isn’t a log being generated (because the server that generates the log just crashed…)
I’ll ask around and see what I can find out about this.

Do you have access to MySQL server logs? For example, on an ubuntu server, these might be in /var/log/mysql/error.log. If you’re on a shared host, maybe contact the host to see if they can look up the errors for you. I would think there should be something in MySQLs error logs on why it’s “gone away.” The queries in the log seem pretty simple queries so I’m not sure why they would kill the server.
