# Logical Error in Campaign

Hi,  
  
  
  
I created the following campaign flow:

Approach: The email with the download link is sent out. If the document is downloaded within 5 days, a thank you message is sent out 1 day after the download. If the document is not downloaded within 5 days, a reminder is sent out. If the document is downloaded then, a thank you email is sent out 1 day after the download.  
  
  
  
What happens: The first case (instant download without reminder) works fine, after the download, the thank you message is sent out. Unfortunately the second case (with reminder) results in 2 thank you messages being sent out.  
  
  
  
Any ideas?
