The opportunity is:  
Hey we’re an agency looking for an individual developer. Hoping for experience with custom plugins, and a lot of experience with campaign setup. We’d like to be able to reach out periodically as we are adopting and learning. We are self-hosted, and not interested in using a third party mautic setup.
