Hey,

i find the option for the user to select his mailing preferences very useful, the only downside is the user has to unsubscribe first. Is it possible to create a link leading a contact directly to the mailing preferences without him unsubscribing?

Thank you in advance

If you enable the email preferences page, someone clicking an unsubscribe link will not automatically be unsubscribed. The link will instead take them to their preferences page, where they have the option to unsubscribe – or also update their categories, segments, or whatever you make available on the preferences page.

I can confirm this. The tooltip of the field “Show contact preference settings” is not very good though.
