# Mail send setting with gmail

Hi,  
  
  
  
I am using gmail for the mail send setting, the connection i okay, but when comes to the sendtest email, it’s keep showing the message with

Quote:

Expected response code 250 but got code "535", with message "535-5.7.8 Username and Password not accepted. Learn more at 535 5.7.8 https://support.google.com/mail/answer/14257

  
if I left the username and password blank, then comes to

Expected response code 250 but got code "530", with message "530-5.5.1 Authentication Required. Learn more at 530 5.5.1 https://support.google.com/mail/answer/14257 77sm2992352qgn.29 - gsmtp " Log data: ++ Starting Swift\_SmtpTransport \<\> EHLO

  
  
how can I fix this?
