# Mailchimp plugin callback throws error

Tried to connect Mailchimp to Mautic. After clicking the button “Authorize App”, Mailchimp asks me to login, after which I get this error:

How did you manage to solve this? We are affected by the same (or at least similar) problem, but the cause is not clear.
