# /mailer/amazon/callback is not working - 404 error

I am also having the same issue with the call back /mailer/amazon/callback its not working for me for SNS

Edit: I was digging around and found a solution which is mentioned [here](https://forum.mautic.org/t/3-1-0-ses-api-working-but-not-sns-404-worker-amazon-callback/15832/10)

Solution:  
If you use Amazon SES API you must include the call back with amazon\_api `/mailer/amazon_api/callback`
