Hi! We are trying to make Mautic and Everwebinar (it’s a evergreen webinar in Webinarjam) work together, we have created 4 new custom fields in Mautic and we grab the Webinar Date, Replay Room URL, Live Room URL & the EverWebinar User ID. First problem I got was that I try to send some SMS reminder about -3 minutes before the webinar from the data with the custom field Webinar date but it did not work at all. ![send%20-3minutes](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex020/uploads/mautic/original/1X/536f9a036234771161ad1d56078b7e89a5f92f81.jpeg) [https://mautic.com/help/custom-date-conditions/](https://mautic.com/help/custom-date-conditions/) Next problem is that now we have the webinar live & replay URL in the custom field that is unique to the user and we need to shorten this URL. Does anyone have any clue how to make this work 🙂 ---

Martin I don’t have the answer to your question, but could you tell us how did you connect Everwebinar with Mautic? Does it have a builtin integration?
