# Malicious file in Ionos hosting

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is:3.3.3  
My PHP version is:7.4  
My Database type and version is:MySQL 5.7

**Your problem**  
My problem is: Ionos shared hosting detected malicious file

These errors are showing in the log:  
Please find our analysis result below.  
In order to make your website functional again you need to change file permissions at least to 604 after cleaning up.

The following files have been likely uploaded by others.  
Please check these files and delete them if neccessary.

The following files have been likely modified by others.  
Please check these files and re-upload them from a clean backup.

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:  
Reupload the file without the fresh-\* theme  
I haven’t installed/configure the Mautic yet.

I replace the jquery.min.js with the one I downloaded in the google hosted library. So far I did not receive any issue from my hosting.
