I am trying to install mauter onto my website. I have gotten to the point where I launch the installer, but I get an error that tells me to add ‘always\_populate\_raw\_post\_data = -1’ to my php.ini. So, I had my website team add that phrase to my PHP Version 5.6.30 php.info and then restart my system. The instructions say ‘restart my web server’. So, I do that three separate times and the same error comes up. It already show that phrase in my Core of the php.ini. So, where am I going wrong, here? I keep getting this error when I try to launch mauter.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

The actual verbage in the error is:

Mautic Installation - Environment Check

Major Problems that need to be fixed now

PHP version 5.6.x requires the PHP configuration directive always\_populate\_raw\_post\_data be set to -1. This is handled automatically by the .htaccess file when using Apache and mod\_php5, but must be set manually in php.ini for other server configurations. Please add ‘always\_populate\_raw\_post\_data = -1’ to your php.ini and restart your web server.

So given the error message you are getting, what is the server configuration you are using?

BTW - you know the product is called ‘mautic’, not ‘mauter’?
