# Mautic 5.1 base64 not working

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 5.1  
My PHP version is: 8.2

**Your problem**  
My problem is: When I turn on converting images to base64 and send email by segment or campaign there is no images converted - checked on outlook, thunderbird and gmail client

These errors are showing in the log:  
no errors

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:  
When I turn off this option images after allow to show in client looking fine.
