# Mautic 5 Queue Not Working

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 5.2.6  
My PHP version is: 8.1  
My Database type and version is: centos 7

**Your problem**  
My problem is:  
The broad shows as sent but the emails are not sent, I noticed that the emails are automatically removed from the messenger\_messages table before being sent, I think this would be the problem but I don’t know why this happens. Can you help me?

I am using the pm-pmaas plugin  
etailors\_amazon\_ses

These errors are showing in the log:

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:

I configured the following crons in the cron container

- 
  - 
    - 
      - 
        - /usr/local/bin/php /var/www/html/bin/console mautic:broadcast:send

- 
  - 
    - 
      - 
        - /usr/local/bin/php /var/www/html/bin/console messenger:consume email

You are crashing your sever with this. Add an expiry for this command --time-limit=45 for example tu restart every 45 seconds, otherwise you’ll have concurrent workers.

Did you read my message? Do you have expiry time on your consume?
