# Mautic 6.0.6 webhook not executing

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 6.0.6  
My PHP version is: 8.3  
My Database type and version is: Mysql

**Your problem**  
My problem is: Webhook url not exceuting on email open event, I was tried to send payload using ‘Send Test Payload‘ button , I am getting error message ‘Error Detected‘. I am not getting any specific log regarding this, tried to clear cache but same result, I have no idea how to address this issue. My webhook url is publicly available and it is working from postman as well as ubuntu command prompt from same server where site is installed.  
Please guide how to proceed further.

These errors are showing in the log: No log found regarding this.

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: Cleard cache, reset permission.

do the work / execute on the other events?

Did you try adding your IP / domain to the whitelisted ones?

Issue is resolved. But ‘Send Test Payload‘ button is still not working. we are able to trace this issue by doing real time event testing.
