# Mautic api 401 unauthorised while connecting mautic in pabbly

When I log in to Mautic in Pabbly. 401 access denied error is coming. Please help with this. I have connected to other mautic in Pabbly all are working fine. Only a few mautic show this issue all have the same permissions and are also on the same server.

Try clear cache. If you enabled API in Configuration at that time it could help.
