# MAUTIC can't track opened email

I feel so desperate when Mautic can’t track Opened Email at all.  
  
  
  
It show the open rates equal to the click rates which stays only at 1- 2%.  
  
  
  
Anyone got the same problem.  
  
  
  
Love Mautic but feel frustrated at some basic thing like this ![:)]( ":)")
