# Mautic - Case Study?

I’ve been following Mautic for a while and posted before without reply. I’m tempted to evaluate the system but first it would be handy to be able to review a brief case study or 2 so that I have a realistic understanding of what the system actually does and how it can help me.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

Brilliant - thank you ! That’s the first time I’ve seem that.

In my case I’m looking at setting up some sort of automated follow up email system where a contact gets a series of time separated emails after we quote them. In my old system I was able to add them to the ‘list’ wich a BCC copy of our quote email containing some fields. I’ve struggled to replicate that since the software went EOL after a windows update.

In Mautic you would want to add them to a segment, which you can then use to kick off a campaign sending out the emails.
