# Mautic does not track corretly

My Mautic version is: 3.3.0  
My PHP version is: 7.3.25

**Your problem**  
My problem is:

Hi. I have a small hiccup with Mautic. When tracking the users for some reason Mautic only tracks URLs that the user visits via sent email but stops tracking any additional pages that the user might visit after that. So if there is a link to [XYZ.com](http://XYZ.com) Mautic will record it and give points based on scoring but if the user then visits [XYZ.com/page1](http://XYZ.com/page1) it is not recorded in the tracking and the user gains 0 points. Any idea what could be the problem?
