**Your software**
My Mautic version is: 3.3.2
My PHP version is: 7.4.33
My Database type and version is: MySQL 5.7.41

**Your problem**
My problem is: I am unable to send emails to my segments. Test email is not working, too. Only “test connection” is fine.

These errors are showing in the log: None

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: Tried to put `'debug' => true`, in `local.php`, but I see no log at all in `app/logs` o `var/logs`
