Dear Mauticians, I want to point you to a little [tutorial](https://leuchtfeuer.com/mautic/know-how/mautic-doi-plugin/) that I wrote on using our “Mautic DOI Plugin” (in fact we prefer the term “Email Verification”, because DOI is only one use case for this).
In my mind, this is by for the most complete (yet nice and user-friendly) solution to this old problem: Solves immediate sending, multi-brand and -language, configurable redirects, link expiration, follow-up e-mails, … and avoids any need for a “DOI campaign”.

Moreover it introduces three powerful new concepts:

- form actions after confirmation
- skip conditions (“no confirmation needed if \_\_\_\_”)
- form content auditing (for compliance, snapshots what the form stated/asked for, at point of submission)

Enjoy 🙂

We started with Mautic using a DOI campaign and really enjoy using Leuchtfeuer’s new plugin. On the one hand, it greatly simplifies the DOI process; on the other, we now handle many steps directly in the form via form actions after confirmation (such as tag assignment and segment allocation). Especially for smaller events where we only want to send a single email after the form is submitted, we can even skip building campaigns altogether, which definitely saves time. So thank you, @Madlen, for this further development by the Leuphana team 🙂
