# Mautic email errors

I am unable to send emails in mautic. The test connection works but mails are not being sent. It gets resolved briefly when i reboot.

Hi Yosu  
The mautic and SMTP is on the same server. the test email, and port 25 all works good.

Then YOU have to find out what Timed Out (code: 0) means.  
Also recommended to look into the logs and find out what is going on.

oh! Try using a free email relay service and see what happens.
