# Mautic Email Export Tool leaves everything incomplete

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 2.15.2  
My PHP version is: 7.0.33

**Your problem**  
My problem is: When I want to export contacts from segments/report, it’s surprisingly difficult. It’s slow and I don’t even get the full email count. Always partial. I have 10K emails in one segment, so when I try to get the emails , I always get partial amounts of 2k-6k.

Can anyone please assist?

What’s in your actual error logs? What kind of platform are you on?
