I have added a submit action to submit form results to my team, but the emails are getting blocked by Google. Can you please advise?

Could it be you used your mail server for mailings in the past? Did you have a high complain rate? Could it be that people marked your mails as spam in the past? The [linked page](https://support.google.com/mail/answer/188131) explains a bit about the process.
Also make sure, that your mail records are set correctly. They define which servers are allow to send mail from your domain. You might think about using a managed SMTP service together with mautic.
