# Mautic emails not tracking

Hello, Mautic emails not tracking and website url not opening.  
  
Any ideas what the problem is?  
  
I’m using MS365 self hosted service

Hello, Mautic emails not tracking and website url not opening.  
Any ideas what the problem is?  
I’m using MS365 self hosted service

I had the same problem, but after a while the stats got updated and I saw the clicks and other data.

You were also using microsoft for sending emails?
