# Mautic Instance "Lost By Chance"

I’m trying to create a second Mautic Instance, the Cloud Free version, and I get redirected to the page that shows “Lost By Chance I couldn’t find the page you were looking for.” All I did was click at the top left that says “New Instance”. I would like to make a new instance so I can separate projects. Is this broken? Shouldn’t I be able to make another instance? Or is this feature only allowed in the paid version?
