# Mautic is not catching replies

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 2.16.0  
My PHP version is: 7.2.24  
My Database type and version is: MySQL 5.7.33

**Your problem**  
My problem is:  
Hi everyone! I’ve added reply to address in my mails which is different from send from email. My emails are receiving replies but mautic is not detecting replies. Previously it was working fine. I removed the email monitoring setting and than added same email again from than this problem started. I even tried to change email folder but that didn’t help too. Any help would highly appreciated.

These errors are showing in the log:

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: I have cleared the mautic cache, remove the account and re-added but problem is still there.
