# Mautic Kerberos Authentication

Hello there,  
  
  
  
Any ideia how to disable the Kerberos authentication in Mautic?  
  
  
  
We are getting this notice.  
  
  
  
php app/console mautic:fetch:email  
  
0 emails processed for {xx.xxxx.xx:993/imap/ssl/novalidate-cert}INBOX\_email  
  
PHP Notice: Unknown: Kerberos error: No Kerberos credentials available (try running kinit) for xx.xxx.xx (errflg=1) in Unknown on line 0  
  
  
  
… the process stops immediately.  
  
  
  
In the server the extension is installed, however, after contacting the team that manage the exchange, there is no possibility to enable the kerberos on the exchange server.
