# Mautic login page not loading

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 2.15.3  
My PHP version is: 7.1.33-1+ubuntu18.04.1+deb.sury.org+1

**Your problem**  
My problem is: Login page [https://mkt.nugenskills.com/](https://mkt.nugenskills.com/) not opening for me today. It worked fine until yesterday night. Error message : This site cannot be reached. Took too long to respond. ERR\_TIMED\_OUT. Also “Site is offline - “Site is Offline” Database connection error (code #0).”

These errors are showing in the log:

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: Checked alternative websites. All working.

Hi there,

The login screen shows fine for me - take a look at your logs, it seems like you had a timeout error which might point at some problem with the server configuration.
