I ran into your post about mautic not tracking a specific webpage, you mentioned turning the plugin off and doing it manually.  
  
  
  
I’m having the exact same problem, do you mind sharing how did you upload it manually?  
  
  
  
I haven’t figured out how to generate a custom tracking pixel for a specific page.
