# Mautic POint system Not working at all

**Updating/Installing Errors**

_My problem is_ : mautic point system not at all working

Hi Mautic is not tracking any links or open or read email points after migration of the mautic. Please provide a solution is there a permission issue or anything else.

_Steps I have tried to fix the problem_ : I have cleared the cache and tried nothing is working.
