# Mautic Resets Max Sending Frequency

**Your software**
My Mautic version is: 2.15.1
My PHP version is: 7.0.33
Every so often mautic resets the max sending frequency in emails to 1.
I reset it and check it for several days in a row and it remains at the number set. Then at some point weeks later it somehow gets reset to 1. I have checked with the only other person who has access to do this and he is not doing it. It happens on it’s own.

Without logs or more info it’s very difficult to say what may be causing this. Even if you report it as a bug you’d need to give much more information.
**A Workaround I’d suggest until you figure out why**
You could write a script to overwrite this setting in config or database to ensure it stays the way you want it. Run this script daily with a Cron while you dig.
