# Mautic Segment update duration

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: v4.4  
My PHP version is: 7.4.23  
My Database type and version is: 10.3.37-MariaDB-0ubuntu0.20.04.1

**Your problem**  
We wanted to know the mautic segment update duration at run time based on that we want to send notification(could be sms or email) to concern person if It is taking longer time to complete

Is it possible to do that? Please guide us on that.
