# Mautic sends Emails to Contacts marked Do Not Contact

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: v5.1.1  
My PHP version is: 8.2.26  
My Database type and version is: 10.11.6-MariaDB-0+deb12u1

**Your problem**  
My problem is:

Going to Channels → Emails → Segment Email

These errors are showing in the log: No errors

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: Searched in the FORUM and found this: [Huge Issues with Do Not COntacts in M5](https://forum.mautic.org/t/huge-issues-with-do-not-contacts-in-m5/31510)

These are marketing emails, there is no option to put Transactional Email. Please help, this is a serious problem and a very basic thing that I think should not fail.

I realized because a client complained that that he has unsuscribed many times.
