Hi, I am back with kind of the same problem not sending or not recording emails sent. So at 9:00 I send and 100 emails out in my mautic 2.16.3 program. The program appears to queue however when I check my cron job which is being sent back to me this comes back as: 9:15 and every 15 minutes this message: Processing message queue Messages sent: 0 9:15 and every 15 minutes this: Rebuilding contacts for segment 7 0 total contact(s) to be added in batches of 300 0 total contact(s) to be removed in batches of 300 0 contact(s) affected last is this every hour: 0 emails processed for {[gator3001.hostgator.com:993/imap/ssl](http://gator3001.hostgator.com:993/imap/ssl)}INBOX.Junk with a criteria of UNSEEN 0 emails processed for {[gator3001.hostgator.com:993/imap/ssl](http://gator3001.hostgator.com:993/imap/ssl)}INBOX.spam with a criteria of UNSEEN 2 emails processed for {[gator3001.hostgator.com:993/imap/ssl](http://gator3001.hostgator.com:993/imap/ssl)}INBOX with a criteria of UID 1775:1000001775 I checked the spool and it is empty? Any ideas if these 100 where send or not and should they be showing in one of these 3 cron jobs? Thanks you Ron
