# mautic.WARNING: PHP Warning on FormModel.php

Hi, JB from France here.  
I had quite a few problems to update to latest v2.14.2, but finaly made it (thank to John Linhart for the help) Now I can not see my form anymore and looking at the log I found this :  
[2018-10-25 13:34:22] mautic.WARNING: PHP Warning - DOMDocument::loadHTML() expects parameter 2 to be integer, string given - in file /var/www/vhosts/glgdev.marketing/httpdocs/app/bundles/FormBundle/Model/FormModel.php - at line 854 [] []  
[2018-10-25 13:34:22] mautic.WARNING: PHP Warning - DOMDocument::loadHTML() expects parameter 2 to be integer, string given - in file /var/www/vhosts/glgdev.marketing/httpdocs/app/bundles/FormBundle/Model/FormModel.php - at line 873 [] []  
[2018-10-25 13:34:22] mautic.WARNING: PHP Warning - Invalid argument supplied for foreach() - in file /var/www/vhosts/glgdev.marketing/httpdocs/app/bundles/FormBundle/Model/FormModel.php - at line 884 [] []

any idea on how to fix ,
