# Mautic was not working after clear cache

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is:3.3.3  
My PHP version is:7.3  
My Database type and version is: persona 5.7

**Your problem**  
My problem is: Mautic was not working after clear cache.  
I was run this command.

```auto
php bin/console cache:clear

```

These errors are showing in the log:

Best guess: You ran clear cache as root?  
Make sure that the folders have the correct owner (use the chown command to fix)
