# Mautic:emails:send error

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 4.4.11  
My PHP version is: 7.4  
My Database type and version is:

**Your problem**  
My problem is: Email is queued but getting error.

These errors are showing in the log:  
`mautic.WARNING: Command `mautic:emails:send` exited with status code 1`

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:

Disable cron and run the command directly from the terminal and paste the output here.
