# Message Queued for Channel

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 4.1.1  
My PHP version is: 7.4.3  
My Database type and version is: 10.3.32-MariaDB-0ubuntu0.20.04.1

**Your problem**  
My problem is:  
I have this setup: Double Opt-In … User fills out a sign up form - Then the user will get an email with a link to confirm. Once the user confirms the link he should get an e-mail with access to a site.

The first e-mail (The double opt-in) email is working. But: Once the user is confirmed, the Welcome-Email with the access to the page is NOT working.

These errors are showing in the log:  
" [Message Queued for channel - email 6]"

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:  
/usr/bin/php /var/www/mautic/bin/console mautic:messages:send  
/usr/bin/php /var/www/mautic/bin/console mautic:emails:send

Please help me out, as everything is stuck now

Sorry - Got the problem and “fixed” it:

The “problem” was that the Value of “Default Frequency” was empty.

Now it works flawlessly
