# Migration issue from one server to another server

Hello Team,

We are migrating mautic version 2.16.2 from one server to another however we have new server in place and we have also dumped the database from old server to new server and we restarted the mautic application. However, it is not showing any records in mautic UI. However, the data dump is present in new database.

Kindly suggest.

I would start by checking the database prefix.
