# Missing some options - Form creation

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: latest  
My PHP version is:  
My Database type and version is:

**Your problem**  
My problem is: I only have 6 options for ACTIONS in my Form creation section. Where are the rest?

I have 1 contact and 1 segment created in the system. I Am trying to test the form process for the first time.

Thanks in advance for you help.

It is because you have selected the campaign form. If you select the stand-alone form you have many more options.

Really? Was that all?  
SO how do we get the options in a campaign?  
Much more likely to run campaigns than single mails.

@profezor generally a campaign form is used to kick off a campaign - it is just used to capture the initial data and all other tasks are processed by the campaign.

If you use a campaign form, then you will start a campaign. As a first step of the campaign, you update segment membership.
