# My email ends up in spam

In most cases my email ends up in SPAM on gmail. ALmost all the time.  
It is just simple email.  
I mean google is so crazy, it puts good email into spam.  
What to do here? Any work around? I want to deliver it into inbox not into spam folder.

email is for example autoresponder like this

Thank you for filling the form.  
In the attachment, you can find your reward. Use it only for yourself.

Need to see the header, raw message, domain, ip, etc.

Pretty big uptick in these type of threads lately.

This is not a Mautic problem. I always wondered if posting here about email deliverability issues is an outright proclamation of laziness or disregard for the sophistication of email deliverability. (in my personal unsolicited opinion)

I went into email and send directly to [https://www.mail-tester.com/](https://www.mail-tester.com/). I got like 2.3 / 10

Bigest caveeats were:

## You’re not fully authenticated

### Your message is not signed with DKIM

### We didn’t find a mail server (MX Record) behind your domain name **[box524.bluehost.com](http://box524.bluehost.com)**.

why it uses box [524.bluehost.com](http://524.bluehost.com) instead of my domain name I do not know…

Also

### **18** dangerous elements (that is javascript, iframes, etc) were found while analysing your message. I have no clue where these dangerous JS came from…I just typed in text in mautic for email

seems like geolocator gives lots of dangerous JS???

also If I copy and paste email into thunderbord and send to test emailer I get like 7/10 score, so much better…

Hi,  
Actually it was 20h ago, which is pretty impressive answer time for a free support service.  
This is what I asked you to do in order to investigate:

“Need to see the header, raw message, domain, ip, etc.  
Please send me an example mail from your system (not as test but real campaign/broadcast send)”

You sent me an email from your gmail.

Is this a gmail address you are using for your campaigns?  
I try to answer faster 🙂

I did just that, the results are posted above…js, iframes all kind of stuff and rating was 2/10

this way nothing will get delivered…can somebody else test their own mautic email please?

I have tested now and mine is 9.8/10

With amazon SES I was 10/10

What is the sending method? Are you using your own server to send out the emails or you rely on a third party like Amazon SES?  
Nowdays it is better to go with the professonals, because Bluehost or any other cheap bulk host will give space to spammers, who destroy the rep.

it is my own server, phpmail…it says my ip is not blacklisted at all.
