# My forms dissapear on MOBILE and TABLET

My PHP version is: 7.4.16

If you go to [curso.initialoffer.io](http://curso.initialoffer.io) or [Template White Paper - Curso Cripto Marketing da InitialOffer](https://curso.initialoffer.io/template-white-paper/) you will see all the FORMS on your computer, but not on your mobile or tablet!

These errors are showing in the log: NONE
