# Need help with contacts now showing up in Campaigns

Help! I’m not sure what to do. I’ve imported my contacts and added them to a segment. I added that segment to a campaign but the contacts aren’t showing up in the campaign. I’ve tripple checked my crons, inmotion hosting says it looks right on their end and I had someone familiar with Mautic tell me it looks good to them. Any suggestions on what to do or where to look? I am stuck and really want to use this open source platform instead of one of the others.
