# Need Transparent Gated Video Form

I want to create a gated video form that’s transparent so the user will see the video underneath the form that requests their name and email. Has anyone done this and if so I would appreciate your ideas and help? Am using Mautic 2.10

CSS is one solution but was looking for more comprehensive solutions like templates and form builder editor.

Does anyone have a good gated video registration form they’d like to share or show me?
