Hi folks! At present we don’t have much governance around our core team, and we have quite a few members who are effectively inactive. We’d like to change that by introducing some clarity on what it means to be in the core team, what the roles, responsibilities and expectations are, and how we add and remove members from the core team (and recognise those who have served in the past). Here’s a debate which is **open for the next two weeks** , where you can share your thoughts, ideas and ask any questions you might have: > **[Core Team roles and responsibilities in Mautic - Debates - Product Team -...](https://community.mautic.org/assemblies/product-team/f/39/debates/11)** > > NOTE TO READERS: This is a first draft of a new proposed core team governance process which outlines how our core team works.
