# New email builder not working

**Your software**  
_My PHP version is_ : 7.4  
_My MySQL/MariaDB version is_ (delete as applicable):MariaDB version

**Updating/Installing Errors**  
_I am_ (delete as applicable): Installing / Updating  
_Upgrading/installing via_ (delete as applicable) : Web / Command Line

_These errors are showing in the installer_ :

**Your problem**  
_My problem is_ :  
The new email builder renders perfectly when editing but sends without formatting.  
In the editor it looks perfect:

When delivered, looks like:

_Steps I have tried to fix the problem_ :none

Funny thing is, I was using the new builder with Mautic 3 and didn’t have any issues.
