# New to the forums and can't post?

I have been on this forum for more than 3 mins and viewed more than 3 topics why im still blocked?

Patience is a virtue 🙂

The job to update permissions levels runs at a set interval, you receive a not from Mautibot when you’re ranked up to the next level. Sometimes it might take a few minutes more, but we can’t do anything about that.

I see you’re now ranked up, so the process happened eventually.

Hi @ivan006, I can see you have been ranked up to a trust level 1 for some time now, so you have access to make new posts, reply, etc.

What exactly is it that you are struggling to do?

When you are logged in, you will see a blue circle with a white plus, allowing you to create a new post:

In an existing thread you’ll see the reply functionality:
