# Newbie -Installation query error

**Your software**  
\*My PHP version is 7.4  
\*My MySQL/MariaDB version is MySQL/MariaDB version 10 i think

**Updating/Installing Errors**  
\*I am Installing  
installing via : Web -control panel /Filemanager

_These errors are showing in the installer_ :

Hello I’m trying to install Mautic to one of my setup subdomains but I am getting this error message .  
“Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version “\>= 7.4.0”

I tried to set the PHP to Version 7.4.0 on control panel but im still getting the error message

Can you assist me please on how to fix this
